Warranty Coverage

All repairs performed by Zimravenmrex come with a comprehensive warranty that covers:

  • Parts used in the repair
  • Labor performed during the repair
  • The specific issue that was addressed

The standard warranty period is 90 days from the date of repair completion, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers:

  • Defects in parts supplied by us
  • Workmanship issues related to the repair performed
  • Recurrence of the same problem that was repaired

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents after the repair
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Issues unrelated to the original repair
  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Appliances used for commercial purposes unless specifically agreed upon

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our repair service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your appliance. We will work with you to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If we are unable to successfully repair your appliance or if there is a significant issue with our service, we will discuss refund options with you.

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 14 days of the service
  • Provide detailed information about the issue
  • Allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem

Uncollected Appliances

If you do not collect your repaired appliance within 30 days of notification, we reserve the right to charge a storage fee. Appliances not collected within 90 days may be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.

Diagnostic Fees

If you choose not to proceed with a repair after we have provided a quote, a diagnostic fee may apply. This fee covers the time and expertise required to assess your appliance.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
